What's the level for this course very important ??

Hi guys

I am in UK since last 6 yrs I came to uk in April 2008 on foundation course leading to MBA entrepreneur ship but level of that course not written in progression certificate nor on enrolment letter and the course was for 29 months

Thn I did 34 months level 6 and 7 but I want to know still I come in 5 yrs cap period or not

As I have googled for foundation course wiki says its level 5 but I want to know exactly what it will be according to UKBA as if I apply and if UKBA counts it towards level 6 than my visa will be refused

So pls help me by saying the correct level of that course , course name is foundation course leading to MBA entrepreneurship

Waiting for your reply soon my visa expires 25 th april so before that I want to keep my application please help me

Was the ultimate aim of the course to get the MBA? Ie did you get a visa for the whole course which began as a foundation and ended with the MBA?

course was foundation course and got ended up in foundation only

the course was not ended up in masters even college did not got the awarding body degree for that course as college was delisted ,

now i m confused will it be count towards level 5 or 6 ??

I've never heard of a foundation course that is 2.5 years long. If the course was 'foundation leading to MBA when did the MBA part come in? You need to be clearer if you want accurate advice. Was the course supposed to lead to an award of an MBA but it didn't because the college closed down?

It was foundation course for 29 months as written
On my admission letter and enrolment letter even I got
Visa on that when I came to UK

The awarding body was Australlia awarding body it's written

Now level of course is not written and also after 20 months
College was delisted so no admission into masters happened

Than I put back up of attanndence letter for this course got
Admission into level 7 PGDBM as i got Bcom from India

So please let me know final what's the possibility

if the college hadn't been delisted, and you had successfully completed the course, would you have been awarded an MBA?

If the course have successfully completed I would be awarded foundation course certificate as once it's done after that I can start my MBA in university

It's was only foundation course it says not MBA
