Dear all,

I’m due to apply my application for nationalization on this Thursday, I’m self-employee (director of my own limited company). Could you please someone list down the documents I should attach with my application?

My History : 2 years (HSMP) + 3 years (Tier 1) + 1 year(ILR)

I do have my limited company more than last 2 years.

In addition to the normal documents, you would to include your SA302.

Okay - Thanks.

Should I attach my company accounts detail ? Should I attach my last 6 months banks statements (Personal , business) and payslips?

Also, I would really appropriate if you can list down the normal documents?

I am checking the guide for FORM AN and it says as below on page 8

3.1 – 3.5. If you do not pay income tax through PAYE you must demonstrate that you have discharged your obligations towards the H.M. Revenue & Customs, by attaching a Self Assessment Statement of Account (see page 16).

and on Page 16

SELF-EMPLOYED APPLICANTS
If you do not pay tax through Pay As You Earn (PAYE) arrangements, we require
The most recent HM Revenue & Customs Self Assessment Statement of Account

So if you are not paying Tax and NI through your limited company and taking very minimum salary then you need to submit Self Assessment form SA 302 from HMRC. Hope, otherwise just your payslips, dividend vouchers and accountant letter should be sufficient.

Seniors please correct me if I am wrong.

Other documents along with completely filed FORM AN

1) Photos
2) Passport
3) ILR Card
4) ILR Test Certificate
5) English Language proof (B1 or IELTS or NARIC or PBS)
6) If you are married and applying along with spouse then marriage certificate

I am just giving information in general. Please do not take this as final, kindly provide more documents if required. Thank you
