Did not receive Acknowledgement Letter 2 weeks Please Help??

Dear Experts,

i have applied for Tier 2 G switching from PSW
i applied 2 weeks back but have not heard from UKBA no acknowledgement letter no Bio Matric i have the following questions

1) do i have to wait further??because its been just 15 days since i applied
2) i was issued a BRP card for my PSW will they require my BIOMATRIC again
3) can i call them to ask abt my application what is their contact number or email address

please help???????

How did you send your form/documents? Can you track your package?

And yeah, you'll have to do your biometrics again.

i am in the same boat.applied 15 days ago for ILR.i have not received any acknowledgement letter yet.

i sent my post by recorded special delivery and it was received 3 weeks back on Monday 10-03-2014 at 13:00 i checked the trace
but still it is quite strange that they have not sent the ACK letter.if there is any email address on which i can communicate with them???

what do you say experts?
