I am not, and cannot, offer legal advice to particular people. I can only discuss general areas of immigration law.

People should always consider obtaining professional advice about their own particular circumstances.

You should *not* send your actual passport, just a copy of at least the personal details page (I sent copies of all pages), notarised. Also, I'm pretty sure that unless you need the age qualification (I did), you don't need to send anything related to your passport.

I don't have an answer to the NARIC question, as my degree was from a US university, but I'm sure someone else will know :)

Hi,
You can go to NARIC Webiste http://www.naric.org.uk/ and apply for your degree evaluation using online Application and then fax the papers or send by normal post.

You can do the payment using your credit card or somebody else, I have used this website last week for my degree evaluation and it will take apprx 2-3 weeks to provide the evaluation letter.

So, please go ahead if you are planning to aplly for HSMP.

Cheers
JaySan
