Tier 2 dependent visa refused - need advice

Hi All,

I had recently applied for Tier 2 dependent visa for my wife, which got refused on maintenance grounds. Have included some details around this below -

My visa - Tier 2 general (employer sponsored)
My wife's visa - Tier 2 ICT long term established staff (visa issued before april 2010)
Nationality - Indian

Both me and wife have been in the UK for more than 2 years now, and due to certain reasons my wife needs to switch as a dependent on my Tier 2 visa from her Tier 2 ICT visa.

With our recent application for the same, we faced refusal as my UK bank account balance fell below £600 for 1 day out of the required 90 days. However my Indian bank account has the required balance for the required duration, but I wasn't sure If I could include indian bank account statements in the application.

We are planning to re-apply soon so can someone please advise if I can support my case with Indian bank account statements to avoid visa refusal ?

Haven't received any replies so wondering if i have posted in the incorrect section or probably people are finding this as a duplicate post? Please advise as I am new to the forum .

I have seen similar threads but here I would like to know if I can provide my Indian bank account statements if I have stayed in the UK for more than 12 months.

Easiest way out is to ask your sponsor to give you a letter certifying maintenance for your wife, that should be ok.
I'm not sure of using indian bank account since your wife will be coming to the uk, not going to india! I may be wrong, see what others think.

Did you apply using the Indian bank statement? Do you know if this works?
