Changes in Tier 1 extension

Post by hrayrd » Mon Mar 24, 2014 4:49 pm

Hello All,
I have few questions which are quite unclear for me at the moment, any help will be highly appreciated!

1. I came across to this blog post - http://1st4immigration-visas.blogspot.c ... april.html
My visa expires August 2015.
Question: Does this mean I am not allowed to apply for Tier 1 extension anymore? (as article says last date is April 2015?) Do i get it right?

2. I got my Tier 1 in Augusust 2010, and my wife got her Tier 1 dependent in 2013. How many years does she need to live with me in the UK to be able to apply for ILR? (2 years? )

3. My baby was born in the UK recently. If we get Tier 1 dependent for her now, but dont apply for extension next year(for her), will she still be eligible to apply for citizenship when we get ILR?

Many thanks in advance
