Hi,

I tried searching through other post; however most of the queries are specific to a situation.

I would be eligible for ILR in the month of Sept 2014 under Tier 2 General VISA. My family is with me since Oct 2010 and are now out of country for vacation from Feb 2014. My family is planning to stay out of UK for more than 3 months. I wanted to know whether their stay out of UK for more than 3 months would be a concern while applying for ILR in the month of Sept 2014 ? Or do you think/suggest that the stay out of UK should not cross over more than 3 months?

Any suggestion/comments/links would be of many help
