Tier 1 SET O form questions

Hi everyone, long question short, can someone please let me know on session 6 immigration history

Question 6.1: my first time entr the UK.

I entered the uk on a student visa and then switch to tier 1 general.

Shall I put my tier 1 visa start date on as on the form it says: "at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based".

Question 6.2, 6.3: I only had 37 days paid annual leave i total, do I still fill in these two sessions?

As your SET 0 application is based on your Tier 1 (G) visa, it's the date of the start your Tier 1 (G)
