Tier 2 ICT ILR eligibility

Hi,

Please clarify the following.

1. TIER 2 ICT visa date 9/4/2010 to 18/04/2011. First Entry on 27/04/2010
2. TIER 2 ICT Long term leave to Remain valid till 02/05/2015

Is there a possibility to apply for ILR on completion of this 5 year? If yes, under which category is there a possibility for ILR? Is there a possibility under the changes to Immigration Rules 2014?

Hi,

Please clarify the following.

1. TIER 2 ICT visa date 9/4/2010 to 18/04/2011. First Entry on 27/04/2010 : NO ILR as per existing rules as you are fall under 6 Apr 2010. but there is possibility if your initial entry clearance was given based on old rules which has be verified by exact wording in Entry clearance and when the fee was paid
2. TIER 2 ICT Long term leave to Remain valid till 02/05/2015

Is there a possibility to apply for ILR on completion of this 5 year? If yes, under which category is there a possibility for ILR? Is there a possibility under the changes to Immigration Rules 2014?

Does ur visa says established staff long term or tier 2( intra company transfer)? (You may be eligible)

When did you applied for that visa?
