Tier 1 General - PEO appointment booking before fee change

Hi ,
I am due for an Tier 1 General extension next month.
I have couple of questions :
1.If I book the PEO appointment for 28th April now and pay the current fee amount online , ( before 6th april) , Will I have to pay extra fee after the fee changes?

2. While submitting the vapplication ,which Application form do I have to submit then? ( The current one or the new one)?
