Hi, I am currently under appeal for an FLR-O application. I was on PSW visa which expired last dec 2013, however i was able to apply for the FLR-O before expiration. It was refused last feb 2014 and i have applied for an appeal which have the court date hearing on September 2014. Fortunately i am able to find an employer that will give me CoS for a tier 2 visa. My question is can i withdraw my FLR-O appeal and apply for the tier 2 visa here in the UK even my my PSW expired last dec 2013?\

HOw does the withdrawal of appeal work? will i receive my passport/brp as soon as it is withdrawn?
