COS starting date,Show money, visa expired

Hi, I am currently under appeal for an FLR-O application. I was on PSW visa which expired last dec 2013, however i was able to apply for the FLR-O before expiration. It was refused last feb 2014 and i have applied for an appeal which have the court date hearing on September 2014. Fortunately i am able to find an employer that will give me CoS for a tier 2 visa. My question is can i withdraw my FLR-O appeal and apply for the tier 2 visa here in the UK even my my PSW expired last dec 2013?

If I apply out of uk, in my COS it is stated that the commencement/starting date is on April 21, 2014. However, I will be able to return to my country mid week of MAY and would not be able to lodge application for the T2 til end of MAY. Will it affect my application?


Also I am confused as well with the 900gbp that is going to be show money. It said that I need to have it on my account for atleast 90 days. Does that mean I need to wait 3 months before i submit my T2 application?
