I am due for applying ILR in April last week - Tier2(ICT)+Tier1Gen
My X Company (when i was in Tier2) have provided absence letter in the following format without dates in it. It is because they dont have any data of my business/vacation leave details though I provided to them. But they bit reluctant to take the list I supplied as they cant verify it. However I am planning to provide my etickets copy, passports stamps and list of absence letter created by me along with this letter.
1) Does this letter from my X Company serves the purpose when I was in Tier2?
2) For Tier 1 period, please confirm my letter should suffice.

Re: Mr X - ex Employee ID XXX
This is to confirm that the above named person was employed by X.
Employment dates at X: 1st June 2009 – 30th May 2013
Whilst we are not able to confirm specific dates of vacation for X we can confirm that he remained on the UK payroll and was paid in the UK during the period of employment.
To the best of our knowledge anytime spent outside of the UK during the period would have been on vacation or business trips.
