Tier 2 restricted allocation for April 2014

Hi all,

I am bit confused from the UKBA below line :

"The next monthly allocation meeting date is 17 April 2014. However, applications to this allocation meeting are only being accepted between 6 and 16 April 2014."

Does this means that UKBA will give us restricted cos on 17th april or this month there are two allocation meeting day 11th April and 17th April ?

May I ask you where you even got the above info from? I am an applicant and I cannot find any info on the ukba website.
