PBS dependent or flrM

Dear gurus
I have received Ilr on LR in the month of feb my wife is with me since 2008 psw and in 2010 tier1 general dependent her visa is valid till next year I am planning to apply her visa flrM before 6th.if I do not apply her visa what will happen will she get Ilr next year as she will completed her five years as PBS dependent or if she gets flrM before 6th April it is possible to apply Ilr after 6th.and I have one child I have already applied naturalisation for him do I have to still fill the section 4 on flrM form me and my wife is working can we show our combined income for maintenance.
