Non-settled worker employment and investment

Non-settled worker employment and investment

Hi

Non-settled worker who are on any work permit or spouse visa but not British or ILR or European, if we employ them they won't meet the Tier 1 Entrepreneur employment requirement, but will salary paid to non-settled worker count towards investment?

It should theoretically count towards your investment, but I have no idea if the HO will accept it or not :D
