ILR and English Language for Tier1 dependent

Hi All,

soon I will apply for ILR with my wife who is on Tier 1 dependent visa.
My Mrs studied LLB in home country and she got Bachelor degree in Law.

Is bachelor in Law acceptable for ILR English language requirement.?
I think its more than B1 level English requirement.

Pls Check ukba points calculator and take a printout if you are awarded 10 points for english. That should be enough along with original degree certificate to prove english requirement
