Tier 1 Entrepreneur Team..(We Want To Split)

I am on tier 1 Enterpreneur migrant team and we both have already invested £150,000 in two businesses in the UK and we have really bad terms and want to split within the year of starting the business. I would like to break the team how much do i have to invest to secure the visa at extension during year three and what documents do i have to procure at that point.

And do i have to re invest £200,000 alone to get the visa or what are the implications.

Please advise.

yes if you or your partner apply for extention alone then yes both will have to invest £200,000 separately. So good option for both of you will be atleast stay together for the first extention.

Thanks for the help but is can I not just invest 100,000 more and get the extension or its best to stay together.

Also what are my options of leaving the team after first extension.

It won't be possible.

Since single applicants have to invest min. £200,000 in 3 years, you will have to invest £200,000 if you split and become single.

That £100,000 investment argument is out of the window because both of you won't be partners when you split.

hi

need advice on spliting team member\

i have my team member got T1 E visa on the basis of 200k.

Now his 10 years getting complete but my one year still left to complete my 3years.

needs advice how to split? if seperated what about the investment??how to split investment??
