Top Urgent Help Needed from Manci and others reg Tier 2 Gen

Dear Manci and all

I am an Indian working in Kuwait as a Transport Planner/Modeller

I got a job in UK and offer letter by start of March

In order to get restricted COS my company advertised the vacancy in Jobcentre on March 5 2014, unfortunately some UK person applied it and the company had an interview with him and they offered my job to him now

HR called me and telling me that they cannot get COS for me as UK citizen applied when it is advertised in Jobcentre for that role have the same skills and experience as i have

I kindly request Manci and others regarding this issue whether in anyway the company can prove to UKBA I am the right candidate???

Really need your help and advice regarding this issue

Sorry for what happened.
Unfortunately RLMT is done to find out if any uk or EU candidates can do the same job. On this occasion the RLMT demonstrated that, so unfortunately you can't be sponsored.
Your company cannot do anything about it.
Keep applying for jobs and hopefully RLMT may fail to get a uk or EU worker and in that case, a company could sponsor you.
