Got biometric letter, but no acknolowledgement letter

hi everybody,
i applied on 3rd october, 2013, i got biometric letter on 15th oct, but haven't got any acknowledgement letter. now my employer is giving my trouble by asking for my acknoledgement letter. is this case happened to any body else? any body has got only biometric letter? anybody has got the home office's contact details to talk about this issue?

any help will be highly appriciable

Can you please tell me whether n Royal Mail or dx u got ur documents ...,if in Royal Mail was it signed delivery

its ok, call homeoffice and ask them they will send you another, it must lost in delivery
or tell your employer to do ECS employer check service its free for employers
