Which is PBS Reference number ?

Hi all,

I renewed my passport and received new passport. Now I think I need to notify Home Office by Change of Circumstances form. But, in the form it asked PBS reference number. But I only found Case number from my application. So, what reference number I should put ? Case number, BRP or CoS reference number ?

I am confused..... Could any of you let me know.....

Plus, is there any time limit to notify this change to Home Office....
