New Visa application before pending application decision

Hi All,

I applied for Entrepreneur visa before the expiry of my PSW Visa on Feb 2014. I haven't enrolled for biometric as i wanted give myself some time for planning, i was not very sure about getting Ent visa.

Now i am able to find Sponsor who is willing to sponser for tier 2 visa.

My question is can i now apply for tier 2 visa. do i have to withdraw my ent visa application before applying for tier 2 visa?

My assumption is that my employer do not have to do labour market test to sponsor me? I will be joining the work from May 2014.

If a decision has not yet been made on your T1 application, and provided you have a CoS, you can vary your application to be for T2G leave. Don't withdraw it because then you will become an overstayer.

RLMT is not required for the CoS as your last leave was T1 PSW.
