IELTS or TOEFL

Post by cdraina » Wed Jun 06, 2007 5:56 am

Hi,

I have a valid TOEFL score, 290/300. ETS (TOEFL) website states that TOEFL is a recognized test and furnishes HSMP English Language competency requirement.

But Home Office does not mention TOEFL. Rather it mentions IELTS 6 or equivalent.

Now I am confused, should I submit my application withTOEFL score or should I invest in writing IELTS?

Please help me with this!

Chakshu

IELTS makes life easy and HO does not requires anything else and same goes for the uni as well. You will just get hassle with the TOFEL to be honest.
