Employer letter for absenses - SET(O) application

Dear Experts,
I am getting confused with the letter from employer about the absence in UK for ILR application through TIER 1 general
With in last 5 years i am outside of the UK only for 120 days. At one go I have only maximum of 35 days outside UK.
Did I still need letter from employer or I can print my list of holidays on a paper and attach to the application.
