Which form is suitable for private life and family life Article 8?????????

Some say it's flr fp some say flr o

very confusing situation

if someone not meeting 276 ADE criteria than which form he need to put

Please throw some light on this topic.

People applications r invalidating and they r loosing their appeal rights and Gap is long residency just because even solicitors advising them to put wrong forms. Some r saying put flro and some suggesting flrfp.

Form FLR(FP) must be used if you are applying for an extension of stay in one of the following cat- egories:
• Family life as a partner (10 year route)
• Family life as a parent (5 year and 10 year routes)
• Private life in the UK (10 year route)
You and any dependants applying with you must be in the UK to apply. You must not use this form
• to make an application for asylum or international protection (this includes an application for humanitarian protection or an Article 3 European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) appli- cation made on protection grounds); or to make further submissions on asylum or human rights grounds after the refusal or withdrawal of an earlier asylum or human rights claim.

If anyone wants to raise ECHR Article 8 claim which form he or she needs to submit ????????

if a person not meeting 276 ade criteria and just want to spend 10 months on 3c which form he needs to put?????

Than why professional solicitors still advising people to put flr o to claim Article 8 private life????

can you please update what form you used in the end flr o or fp? and with reference to the above post how is the progress now as its been 1 year since ? thanks
