TB certificate submission

Pls forum members,for settlement,will tb certificate be submitted by the applicant at the application center with filled forms or be sent to the sponsor in UK to be submitted with the sponsors documents?

Applicants TB certificate needs to be submitted with their application at the application centre
Char (CR001 not Casa)
