Immigration status of child after ILR

Hello All,

Currently I am on tier 2 visa (ICT) and will be eligible for ILR in the month of December 2014. My child is born in UK . From one of forum I came to know that my child can have British citizenship via MN1 application .

I want to confirm few points

1. Is my child eligible for british citizenship after my ILR ?
2. What will be immigration status of my child after my ILR ? Currently she is my dependent in Tier 2 . Can one have dependent after ILR ?
