ILR Question (On HSMP currently)

Dear All,

Following is my situation

I'm eligible for ILR from 28th Nov onwards, following is my economic activity in UK during these 5 years

1. Dec 2002 - May 2006 (work permit)
2. May 2006 - March 2007 (HSMP with umberalla company)
3. April 2007 - till date (HSMP with my own Ltd company)

In 1) & 2) I was earning around £4000 gross per month, I have all the payslips & P60s. From April 2007 onwards I started my own LTD company, any advise on how much salary I need to take to avoid problems during my ILR. As per the current forecast my company is on track to generate £80,000 revenue this financial year. Please help. Thanks in anticipation.
