past earnings as companys director

I had got tier 1 2nd extension in Jan 14. Thanks to this forum for help.

My ILR is due on Aug 14 and I have query on providing evidence for past earnings

a) I am a sole director of company. My clients had paid fees in Aug 13 for work been carried out in Mar 13. I showed this income for 2nd extension and got it approved. Can I show again for ILR? As per visa guidelines, I can show income for 12 consecutive months (out of period) not exceeding more than 15 months from date of application. For example, if I will apply on 1 Aug 14 for ILR, then my 15 months period starts from 2 May 13 and above income can also be considered for application. Hope there will be no issue.

Please could you also confirm about acceptability of above income, as it was related to work been carried out in Mar 13 (which is beyond 15 months period) I read policy guidance for past earnings but it is no where mention about this.

b) I had submitted company’s documents for 2nd extension in Jan 14 such as accountant letter, P&L, balance sheet, dividend vouchers, sales summary etc. Should I use these for even ILR application? As I explained above, it is relevant to period within 15 months from date of application or should I submit new version of documentation?

Just to re-iterate

all 12 months should be consecutive in the last 15months.

you cant choose and pick months in between.

Thanks a lot for reply. Yes, the period is consecutive 12 months (may 13 to april 14) out of 15 months (may 13 to july 14) from date of application 30 july 14.

please could you advise on validity of accountants documents - 3 or 6 months something like this, i haven't come across such visa guidelines. I wish to just confirm from you. He had issued as per dated 2 Jan 14. Hope it is fine for application to be submitted in july 14.

Also, i had a income credited in july 13 for work been carried out in feb 13 (which is beyond 15 months period from date of application) hope it has no issue to earn points for earning for above application.

it is advisable to have account documents done recentl. so have it new

it doesnt matter wen u have done work, payslip and amount shown in bank account are imp, as long as they are in those last12 months thar shud be fine

I need to pay accountant fees once again to issue same documents with just change in dates, bit painful. I will review it while applying for ILR.

Can anybody please reply on valididty of documents such as balance sheet & letter issued by accountant? It is already issued in Jan 14. I have to pay 600 quits to just issue it again for ILR due in Aug 14. It is no where mentioned in visa rules. If it is so then please could you direct me.
