family permit processing time

Post by toraqa » Sat Apr 12, 2014 3:06 am

Hello everyone

I'm Syrian who is married to a Romanian since 2011
i have submitted my application at the British embassy in Bucharest at 11/2/2014 , biometric , interview all for eea fp.

sup documents :

- My Passport + copy
- A copy of my Residency Card
- My wife's Identification Card + copy
- Marriage Certificate + copy
- The Syrian Marriage Certificate + copy
- My wife's plane ticket to Syria,Damascus
- Bus tickets for me and my wife from our holiday in Athens,Greece
- Ferry tickets for me and my wife from our holiday in Rhodes Island,Greece
- 13 Pictures for us together throughout the past 4 years in Syria,Greece and Romania
- Utility bills for the apartment we live in for the last 9 months

At the booth door where i had had my biometric taken and been interviewed , it's written that in 21 DAYS your passport will be returned (since it needs to be sent to Warsaw to be processed there ) .
UK visa processing times 100% within 40 days alright ?

surprisingly

on 27/2/2014 we recieve a call from the embassy in Bucharest that their colleagues in Warsaw are asking for MORE PROFES.

Anywho .. on 3/3/2014 . i have sent the following:

• 81 pictures for us throughout the last 4 years
• 11 videos showing some of our quality time together
• A facebook friendship summary for the last 3 years
• Utility bills for the last 8 months
• Internet bills for the last 8 months
• Electricity bills for 2013
• Rental contract in 2012 in both our names
• A bill sent to our first address in Romania
• Medical test that i have taken at our first address in Romania in 2011
• Copies of our IDs in 2011/2012 when we used to live at our first address in Romania

Long story short, it's been 60 days and no answer yet .
I tried to contact both embassies in Bucharest and in Warsaw , no replies to my e-mails, and on the phone .. they don't give information about visa inquiries.

so .. any idea please ?
