Naturalisation and bristish passpost question

Hallo,

I will be completing one year on the ILR by mid june. What would be the procedure now to apply for naturalisation and the british passport? Can someone direct me to the forms. Also, my 7 month old son is a british citizen by birth as I had ILR, do I send for his passport separately or wait till I apply for mine and put him as a dependent?
