Dear internet solicitors

Please can you advise me if I am correct in thinking that when i apply for ILR,my dependent does not need to show anything else apart from co-habitation documents and LIUK test. She has been in UK as my dependent from the past 6 years.

Yours Sincerely

Harry

I assume you have/are qualifying as a PBS applicant? For settlement (ILR) B1 English is required in addition to LIUK.

Dear Amber

Many thanks for your reply-your time is much appreciated

Can i just add that i was on Tier 1 general for last 5 years and now applying for ILR. Also my wife has completed her masters in india and its on PBS calculator as recognised.

Does she still need the B1 test ?

Yours sincerely

Harry

Harry
I assume that you and your spouse are applying ILR together.
And if YES then for spouse you need to provide LIUK test, English language qualification and co habitation documents.
Hope this answers your query.
