You need to provide details of your circumstances for anyone to advise you further. Documentation depends on your individual circumstances.

It's on flr guidance note page 4 para 15 you have to use that address

Thanks guys...
Actually, I forgot to mention addresses for last 2 years on page 15 and did not submit the cohabitation documents with the application as I was under this impression that this is only needed for SET(M).
Also I had to apply before 6th April and couldn't wait for UK NARIC degree comparison and english assessment which I have received now.
So I'll be send all the above documents now....hope this will be ok....
