hi all i applied for tier1 (entre) in november 2013.
attanded interview on feb2. i was also affected by TOEIC so had received letter from HO about investigation.
but i took IELTS test got required band and sent them new IELTS certificate.
its been a month since i have sent them IELTS certificate sicne than no response from them.
anyone know what should i do in this situation.
if i get refused will i get chance for appeal or fresh application.
i was on t4 when i appliad and my t4 visa has expired december last year.
what options will b available for me if i get refused.

@ waseem0345, you should call HO and request that your new IELTS certificate be link with your application and also consider in your application as its not your fault if a test centre is being investigated except if you are complicit in the investigation.

You will get an appeal right if your application get refused as long as you submitted your application before your previous visa expires.
