Hello,

Can I still apply to Tier 4 Visa from outside the UK using iBT?

I'm already accepted to some universities in UK and already booked for an iBT test.

Should I cancel the test and book for IELTS instead?

Cancel your booking and book an IELTS test.

ETS is not renewing their SELT license anymore and TOEFL will not be a valid SELT test for tier - 4 students anymore no matter if you take it inside or outside UK.
