Hi everyone,
I would like to ask you please ,my wife from the czech republic she have been living in the uk for more than 13 years and i am on eea family member of eu visa ,we have got married on 14.10.2010 and we have got two children and i entered the UK in a student visa on the 21.01.2008.
i would like to ask you please when i can apply for indifinte leave to remine in the uk. My children has british passport .

At first instance 14.10.2015, providing that the EEA national has been exercising treaty rights during that period.
