non eu family member short tourist stay in ireland

My peruvian wife has been resident with me in
The uk for 7 years as non eu family member of
Euro national. I hold joint british / irish
Nationality. She has a uk residence card in
Her passport which expired june 2013.

Can she accompany me on a 10 day trip from
Uk to irish republic without visa?
