Visa applied nov 2012
Refused April 2013
Hearing attend feb 2014
Judge decision April 09 appeal allowed
Today 23 April I called to court. they received fax on 22 April .HO challenged judge decision .nearly 18 months waited already . How long upper tirubanal process pls suggest me ?
