Tier 1 Ent Dependent Visa form online Confusion

Hi

I am applying Tier 1 Ent dependent visa for my wife.
I am not sure about the right form.
I think this is the right form. But I just want to confirm.

I'll have to click on "Applying for someone else"
then I have to fill in the details of the main applicant, who s my WIFE
her name and other details.

then it comes to

SELECT VISA TYPE

i think here its bit confusing.

I think that I have to select first WORK as reason for work
Visa type TIER 1 Entrepreneur
VISA SUB TYPE TIER1 entrepreneur partner

and then I have to proceed.
Am I right ... I am bit confused because the form doesnt say Tier 1 Dependent visa form.

Please guide me if you have applied this visa.

but again in the form they will ask for main applicant which are your details and put work address as your company address with only start date
