English language test eligibility for tier2

Hello All,

I'm applying for a tier2 visa and just realised that the English language test I was using to claim points for expires on 18th may. I was planning to book my biometric for the 6th of May. Does the test result have to be valid while UKV&I are making the decision or will it be sufficient as long as the result is valid on the date the application was made?
