UK Absences evidence

Post by vinnie2930 » Sat Apr 26, 2014 2:02 pm

Hello everyone,

I am on Tier 1 general visa and my ILR is due this month end.

Can someone please clarify my following doubts?

I have taken 3 weeks holidays in 2009 to visit my family in India. I took another 2 weeks off in 2011 for the same reason. I am full time employed within a bank. Do I have to produce any documentation to support these holidays if at all? or shall I just mention these as holidays on the form with no supporting documentation. As you can guess I am very confused :)

Many thanks
GK

Get a letter from your employer mentioning those days were approved by work and paid holidays
