URGENT HELP PLEASE ...GOT REFUSAL TIER 2

I got refusal for my TIER 2 visa,

But ,I have scored 70 points and the reason for refusal they gave me
--Post-Graduate Diploma in hospitality in hospitality (Level-7) is not accepted either as bachelor/masters.
but i scored 70 points.
i did send the UK naric letter which says my Indian Bachelor from is Equivalent to UK Bachelor Degree
and they gave me 10 points for education as well. Now someone please suggest what should i do ...

Usually people attach the outcome (pdf print out) along with the application to avoid any confusion on the points eligibility.
