any news about ILR court decision

Hi all,
I got a message from my friend saying there was some court decision on some ILR case today, Is any one aware of that.

THe hearing was billed for tomorrow but has been postponed.

Any guesses for how many more days the decision has been postponed.
If the decision is on our favour by Gods grace, then could we apply for our ILR after 4 years.

Its not a decicion, the case will be heard by the judge, the lawyers will try to argue that the retrospective introduction is unlawful, then the judge will set out a day to give his/her decicion, could be immediate, could be in a months time, no one knows.
Keep visiting vbsi site, the new date will be displayed shortlt.
