General visitor visa - bring parents

I have a Tier-1(General) visa. I'm planning to bring my mother to the UK under General visitor visa. I will be sponsoring her completely. She is a house wife and does not have any bank account. She has 1 property in her name. What are the documents we should be submitting? Is there any minimum value for the property? Is it OK if she does not have a bank account?
