Tier 2 ICT partner visa to Tier 2 General

Hi,
I am staying on a Tier ICT long term staff partner visa in UK since August 2012. I am currently employed with NHS on the same visa. But I would like to change my visa to Tier 2 General visa.
I understand that there is no cooling off period applied for partner of Tier 2 ICT. However, I have a few questions on:
- Will NHS provide me Tier 2 General sponsorship or anyone on this forum has been offered sponsorship by NHS?
- Also, appreciate if anyone provide pointer on companies who may provide Tier 2 general visa sponsorship in healthcare sector.
