Tier 2 Payment Isuue

Post by memo26 » Mon Apr 28, 2014 9:43 am

Hi
I have applied for Tier 2 General visa for more than 3 years category on 12/04/2014
They have hold £601 as for 3 years category. (£1202 for 5 years category)
I have received acknowledgement letter on 23/04/2014 that was posted on 16/04/2014.
then they have released that £601 on 25/04/2013.
what does it means ? have then refused my application or resend it to me ?
any one have idea please!!

im not 100% but i thought any extension etc for more than 3 years was the higher cost, so if you have applied for more than 3 years it would be the fee over £1200, under 3 years is the £600 fee, but I'm not entirely sure about this

sorry meant to add, if this was the case, they might have sent back the funds because it wasn't the appropriate amount. Hope this helps a bit

In the form, they mention that for more than 3year category the fee is £1202
i have ticked that. but they initially hold £601, and released it after a week.
they haven't try again still..
