Yes I applied 3 months before I think it's good if u apply bit early

yes m thinking that its good idea to apply 3 months early coz most of the people who are on psw there visas are exp in end of august or sep .

Switching is allowed at any time. (provided you meet eligibility criteria)

Extension should ideally be done 3 months prior to your current visa expiry date.

It is advised to u , plz don't apply too early , apply just 10 -15 days before expiry. Because in other case if u will apply early you will loose the chance of appeal in case of refusal. No appeal allowed if you visa valid at time of decision.

I agree. Do not apply too early. If you get refusal you will not get appeal right. They will refuse your visa without appeal right. Means you will have to re apply

i think an expert person give us advice but I hear if your visa valid more then 6 month and you apply then there is no chance of appeal . coz one of my friend apply 3 months early and he got the visa . its depend on the case. anybody know about it ?
