Switching From Tier 2 General Dependent Visa To Tier 2 Gen

Post by arunpbsdependant » Thu May 01, 2014 4:42 pm

Hi All

My wife has been working for a software company under tier 2 general dependent visa for the past 12 months and now her company would like to sponsor her tier 2 general visa as my tier 2 is coming to an end.

I have some questions

Is she come under restricted COS sponsorship licence

Is there any exemptions that she can apply from UK itself as she had worked for the company for 1 year or does she need to go to India.

Does she need to take any English test certificate to apply to get the English Skills 10 points.

And another questions is when i am checking the policy guidance there was points for restricted COS based on salary...Could anyone let me know how much points she should get to be successful.

Thanks
