Dependant visa please help friends

Hi friends,
I am planning to apply for my wife as a dependant visa in two weeks time. I got a letter from accountant which is confirming that I am entitled to the current retained earnings of the company. The letter is also to confirm that I am sole director and 100% shareholder of the company.
I have one question: This accountant letter is enough for dependant visa or I need to make a dividend or salary slips for confirmation of income. Thanks
