Three month ago my wife's visa appeal was allowed .got call letter today.They said submit your passport INCLUDE the passports of other appellants as well.My ? is that can we submit my baby's passport as well or not.my wife was pregnant when visa was refused. baby born 2 months later. immigration judge was aware of that. at time of application mention on medical certificate as well.

Yes you got to produce the babies passport as well.
